We are just 5 minutes from the Reunion Multi-Million Dollar Golf Resort, with courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. Nearby is the Champions Gate Golf and shopping centre, where there are Italian and Chinese restaurants, also a large Publix supermarket with a cashpoint.  Other shops include a pharmacy, and a gas station with 24-hour shop.  Highway  192 is not far, with its many shops and huge selection of restaurants.

The prestigious 36-hole ChampionsGate Golf Complex has 2 courses designed by Greg Norman, and has been featured in Golf magazine's ‘Ten Most Distinctive Places To Play'.  Many other superb golf courses are located in the area, including those at Southern Dunes, Falcons Fire and Mystic Dunes.

Close by Champions Gate is the  I-4 Freeway, with St Petes Beach on the Gulf Coast, and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast, a further hour. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away, and Sanford Airport 55 minutes.
